Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Twea King (ranked 1195 p4p, 1210 weight class) and Klay Dee (ranked 129 p4p, 133 weight class). Dee has chosen Tyler, The Creator - Who Dat Boy as his entrance music. These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Dee looks for the body kick but King saw that one coming.
Dee throws an uppercut from half a mile away. King sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Wow, both these guys are really going for it!
King dips down and scores with a jab to the body.
King throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.
Dee throws out a loose jab but King uses good head movement to avoid it.
King tried to counter with a leg kick but Dee avoided it.
Well, he's not going to score with shots like that. A lazy body kick attempt from Dee.

We've been informed that Dee has been sparring a lot of Muay Thai in the buildup to this fight so let's see if that has an impact on the result.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
The fighters are starting to perspire pretty heavily.
Dee is pressing down on King's thigh, looking to free his foot. King is holding on for now.

King prevents any damage by holding on tight.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
That's a knee to de groin and it's over and out! King crumples to the ground after an illegal strike from Dee - the referee stops the clock and King gets 5 minutes to recover from that one. "I'm sorry" says Dee. King manages to get back to his feet and the fight resumes.
King takes a push kick to the midsection and stumbles backwards.

King throws a body punch but Dee moves out of range.
Dee thuds a mid kick into his opponent's body. That will wear on King if he has to take too many more of those.

Dee needs to keep his hands up - King had a free shot at his head there.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.

King is looking for an arm triangle, whilst trying to pass to side control. Dee doesn't seem that keen to cooperate though. No luck this time King.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business. This is the final round!

King fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Dee manages to avoid it.
King lands a leg kick. The shin dug right into the meat of the thigh.

King throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Dee tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. King is in Dee's guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Dee is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.

King is in a bad position, trying to hold on for dear life but he is really struggling to maintain any sort of control.

The referee has stepped in and called for a break in the action. We'll restart on the feet.

King shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Dee defends it nicely.
Dee wings a very wild body shot but it does the job and lands to the midsection.

Dee throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent King stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
