Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Muhammad Jahndi!
The judges for this bout are Paulo Santos, Mauricio Rocha and Matheus Silva.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Oliveira takes the fight into the clinch.
Jahndi goes for a takedown attempt but Oliveira pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
Oliveira avoids the clinch attempt nicely.
It looked like Oliveira was looking amped, ready to throw a big counter but didn't commit.
Oliveira moves into range and clinches up with Jahndi.
Oliveira manages to pull guard.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Jahndi stands up and looks to throw the legs aside to pass to side control. Oliveira swivels though and keeps the full guard.
Oliveira controls Jahndi momentarily but Jahndi frees himself.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Jahndi shoots in looking for a double leg takedown. Oliveira defends it nicely.

A head kick by Jahndi misses
and Oliveira counters by moving into the clinch.
Oliveira tries for a takedown but Jahndi manages to get underhooks.
Jahndi tries to circle away but Oliveira has him pinned against the cage.
Oliveira jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Jahndi walks away with a smile on his face. Oliveira gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Jahndi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Oliveira swivels and escapes.
Matheus Oliveira has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Muhammad Jahndi.
Jahndi defends well against a solid takedown attempt from Oliveira.
Oliveira drives through and clinches with Jahndi against the cage.

Oliveira throws a right hand that Jahndi ducks under and follows up with a left that Jahndi also avoids with ease.
Jahndi shapes to counter with a head kick.
Oliveira throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Jahndi's waist but Jahndi gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Oliveira off to one side.
Oliveira dives in for a single leg takedown but Jahndi sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Oliveira is trying to pull guard but Jahndi has him pressed against the cage.

Jahndi throws a series of punches but Oliveira avoids them all with ease.
Jahndi tries for a takedown but Oliveira sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Oliveira shoots in with a takedown attempt and he has Jahndi pinned against the cage. Jahndi gets the underhooks and manages to circle away.
That's four minutes gone in the round.
Nice sprawl there from Jahndi as Oliveira shoots in.
Jahndi tries to score with a low kick but Oliveira moves his leg out of the way.
Oliveira feinted with a counter takedown.
Oliveira throws a head kick but Jahndi moves out of range.
Oliveira ducks down and throws a hook to the body but Jahndi moves away.
Oliveira wants to clinch but Jahndi slips to the side
and Jahndi counters with a takedown into side control! That could mean trouble for Oliveira!
Jahndi trying to control the action but Oliveira is working from the bottom.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Jahndi is trying to get an arm triangle but Oliveira is defending well.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.
Jahndi decides to take the fight back to the feet.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.
That was a close round but I would say that Matheus Oliveira will probably get the nod.
The corners get their ten second warning. Both fighters stand from their stools and stare each other down, ready to get back to the action.
Oliveira tries to drive through with a takedown attempt but Jahndi defends well and Oliveira ends up having to push Jahndi into the cage where they will battle it out in the clinch.
Jahndi can't break the clinch.
Jahndi tries to pull guard but Oliveira won't allow it.
Oliveira pulls guard successfully.
Oliveira keeping moving, preventing Jahndi from controlling successfully.
Oliveira has his feet on Jahndi's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Oliveira shoots in for a takedown but Jahndi shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Oliveira misses with a takedown attempt - Jahndi sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Matheus Oliveira. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.
Jahndi wants to control but Oliveira is keeping him busy.
Muhammad Jahndi has got the better of the ground game so far.
Oliveira wants to get back to his feet but Jahndi is dominant here and he's now got Oliveira's back!

Jahndi trying desperately to keep hold of the dominant position.
Oliveira is trying to defend against the choke here but Jahndi has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Jahndi Tightens the hold and Oliveira taps out furiously! Jahndi displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
