The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ravago misses with a straight right.
Pikachu looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Ravago!
Ravago stops Pikachu from passing to mount.

Pikachu tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Pikachu has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Ravago is trying to work for a sweep but Pikachu has mounted him!

Ravago defends a decent attempt at a guillotine from Pikachu.
Pikachu goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Ravago turns into him and now he's in Pikachu's guard.
Pikachu tries to land a sweep but no joy.
Pikachu is working for submissions here. He's thrown up his legs looking for a triangle but Ravago frees his head nicely. Oh but Pikachu has switched to an armbar! Ravago is tapping furiously! Lovely submission there!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:58 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (Triangle Armbar). Detektyw Pikachu!
A relieved looking Detektyw Pikachu thanked the fans for their support and gave the usual line about them being amazing. They seemed to believe that he actually meant it.
