And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 5 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Drax Bautista!
The judges for this bout are Paulsen Ambrosius, Patrick Alders and Radbod Blank.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
DJ scores with a nice one two combo and darts back out of range to avoid anything coming in the opposite direction.

It looks like Drax Bautista has been cut.
DJ takes a jab right on the kisser.
Drax Bautista seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Bautista falls off balance throwing a combination
and DJ counters with a quick right hand to the jaw.
Bautista throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
DJ throwing a counter right hand but Bautista manages to avoid it.
DJ shoots in and drives through. Bautista sprawls well.
Bautista lands a really nice looking cross but DJ seems unphased.
A jab from DJ misses.
Nice uppercut lands for Bautista. That snapped DJ's head back.

It looks like Deontay DJ has been cut.
Bautista drops his hands and takes a jab to the jaw for his troubles.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
DJ takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Bautista does a little shimmy and throws a leg kick. The leg kick missed by a considerable margin though, making him look a little bit silly for doing the shimmy.
DJ appears to be looking for a big counter.
Bautista motions for DJ to come forward. Bautista throws a leg kick but it misses it's target.
DJ moves in looking to clinch but Bautista pushes him off.
Bautista looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
DJ swings away but doesn't land with a series of punches.

That's one minute gone in the round.
DJ tries to bum rush Bautista with a series of wild strikes but Bautista uses good footwork to avoid the assault.

Bautista loads up on a big right hand but DJ slips the punch.
A quick step to the side and DJ tries to counter with a shot to the body but it doesn't connect.
Bautista is looking to score with low kicks.
Bautista connects with a hook to the side of his opponent's head.

DJ is rocked!
Bautista fires a straight punch through the middle that cracks DJ square on the jaw! Damn, DJ is out cold on his feet and topples face first to the canvas! Wow, I haven't seen a knockout that brutal in a long time!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:40 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Drax Bautista!
A very excited looking Drax Bautista rambled incoherently for about 5 minutes post fight about how awesome he is. It was kinda funny for a while but then everyone got annoyed.
