Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Augusto Pinochet (ranked 1697 p4p, 2600 weight class) and Shen Kuei (ranked 215 p4p, 339 weight class). Pinochet's entrance music is I Need a Pinochet. A fine choice. Both fighters will be looking to make this an exciting fight for the fans, I'm sure!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the light heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 9 - 7 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Augusto Pinochet!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 9 - 5 - 0, fighting out of London, Shen Kuei!
The judges for this bout are Wagner Zegers, Nard Betker and Paulsen Ambrosius.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Kuei lands with a head kick! That's gotta hurt.
It looks like Augusto Pinochet has been cut.
Kuei misses with a telegraphed body shot
and Pinochet counters with a nice leg kick.
Kuei moves out of range of the leg kick from Pinochet.
Kuei throws a lazy right hand but Pinochet sees it coming a mile off and sidesteps it easily.

Kuei missing with a left hand there. Pinochet was out of range so wasted energy throwing that one.
A little feinted left hand from Pinochet on the counter but he doesn't commit to it.

Kuei on the receiving end of a decent leg kick there by Pinochet. Pinochet obviously looking to wear him down.
Pinochet catches Kuei with a nice straight right. He seems pissed - ooooh, it's on now! On like donkey kong!
Pinochet fakes low and throws an overhand right that catches Kuei on the side of the head.
Kuei throws a looping overhand right but Pinochet ducks down to avoid it.
Pinochet scoring well with a low kick there.
Kuei on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.

Kuei fakes high and swings low for a body shot but Pinochet manages to avoid it.
Kuei lands a right hook to the body.
Kuei misses with a right hand
and Pinochet counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Kuei thinking.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Pinochet lands a glancing blow to the side of Kuei's head.

Pinochet throws a head kick that half lands.
Pinochet scores with a leg kick.
Pinochet avoids the body shot from Kuei.

and he gets countered with a snapping leg kick.
Pinochet lands a kick to the ribs of his opponent. Nice work there - in and out in a flash.
Pinochet dances in quickly and lands a nice inside leg kick on Kuei. That did some damage!
Shen Kuei seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Pinochet lands a nice looking body kick.
A left lands for Kuei.
Kuei misses with a left hand
and Pinochet counters with a nice low kick that buckles Kuei's knee momentarily.

Kuei gets his takedown attempt stuffed easily
and Pinochet counters with a nice uppercut.
Augusto Pinochet has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Shen Kuei.

Kuei lands a really nice looking cross but Pinochet seems unphased.
Kuei stumbles momentarily as he takes a strong leg kick from Pinochet.
Kuei's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.
Pinochet with a body punch. A glancing blow.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Pinochet looks for the body kick but Kuei saw that one coming.
Pinochet uses some good footwork to avoid the body shot by Kuei.
Kuei throws a right and a left that both miss.
Pinochet is looking to counter punch.
Kuei throws an ugly left hook that misses
and Pinochet counters with a slapping leg kick.
Pinochet with a nice looking leg kick. You could hear that one land in a back row.
Pinochet looks to have improved his striking defense since last time we saw him fight.
Kuei will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
And that is the end of the round. The fighters go back to their corners.

Pinochet walks straight into an uppercut. Luckily it didn't land flush.
Kuei thuds a left hand into Pinochet's body.
Pinochet takes a hook to the side of the head. I wonder if that's got his ears ringing.
Pinochet displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Kuei throws out the jab.
As Kuei looks to move away, Pinochet throws a big counter combo but Kuei just gets out of the way.
Pinochet keeping a good distance there, avoiding the body shot.
Pinochet connects with a crisp jab.
Kuei throws a head kick that misses and slips in the process. He scrambles back to his feet and the fighters circle.

Kuei is clearly trying to counter these attacks from Pinochet with a body shot.
Kuei drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Pinochet has his feet on Kuei's hips. He pushes off and gets to his feet. Nice work.
Pinochet connects with a nice looking jab.
Kuei connects with a body shot that sends Pinochet's belly button to the back.

This has been an exciting period of action!
Kuei throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Pinochet's waist but Pinochet gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Kuei off to one side.
Pinochet is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Kuei can do to turn this around?
Kuei throws a leg kick that is checked
and Pinochet counters with a head kick that drops Kuei to the mat! Kuei scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!
Kuei is rocked!
Pinochet feints with a left and delivers a massive head kick! Kuei collapses like a ragdoll! Game over!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:22 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Head Kick). Augusto Pinochet!
After the fight, Augusto Pinochet was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
