Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Jermaine Drummond (ranked 4913 p4p, 6224 weight class) and Paulo Pascalo (ranked 516 p4p, 601 weight class). Well, the cameraman is lingering on a pretty young lady for a bit too long there. Keep your eyes on the prize buddy or you'll miss the fighter intros!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Pascalo throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
Drummond tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.
Pascalo fails to land with a series of punches.
Drummond has his head slapped from side to side by a 3 punch combination. That must have hurt him.
Pascalo throws a right and a left that Drummond avoids nicely.
Drummond tries to check a leg kick but that clearly hurt him.
Pascalo looks to land a combination but Drummond avoids it well.

Pascalo takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.
Drummond is trying to stand but he's just given Pascalo his back.
Pascalo slows the pace down here. Having a little breather whilst he's in a dominant position, looking to rest and regain some energy, ready to go for the finish.
Pascalo is continuing to stall.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

A few boos can be heard. I'm sure they will multiply if the fighters don't pick up the pace.
Let's hope that Pascalo has the urge to step up the pace any second now because for the last 15 or 20 seconds he's just been holding on tight.

Drummond is looking to clinch but Pascalo is avoiding it.

Drummond sees a low kick coming and goes to check it, but it's actually a body kick and it thuds into his unprotected ribs.

and Pascalo counters with a single leg into guard. Drummond didn't expect that.
Drummond wants to get back to his feet but he's too absorbed in his own little project and Pascalo manages to pass to side control.
Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Pascalo connects with a jab, followed by a picture perfect straight right that sends Drummond to the canvas, out cold! What a finish by Pascalo!
