Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Fedor Emelianenko (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Taylor Sphinx (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Emelianenko kept the crowd waiting but all that was forgotten when his ring entrance music started. The incomparable musical genius that is Pride Theme. Emelianenko is coming into this fight with a significant injury, which will no doubt have an effect on his cardio. Man, I cannot wait for this one!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Sphinx fakes an overhand right and shoots for a takedown. Emelianenko sprawls well initially but Sphinx persists and gets the takedown into half guard.
Emelianenko is breathing heavily.
Sphinx is looking for a kimura. It's going to be difficult to finish that from half guard though and Emelianenko defends it well.
Sphinx works his way into side control.
