Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Alexander Andersson (ranked 5223 p4p, 24538 weight class) and Jim Lahey (ranked 441 p4p, 0 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Alexander Andersson has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Alexander Andersson seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Lahey throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Lahey falls off balance throwing a combination
letting Andersson counter with a right hand.
Lahey looks to land a combination but Andersson avoids it well.
Andersson throws a head kick that half lands.

Andersson shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Lahey napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Andersson stands up.
Lahey misses with a jab and misses with a cross straight after too.
Andersson throws a head kick that misses.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
Lahey throws a head kick that connects with a bit of head and a bit of hand.
Andersson throws a poor cross that misses
and Lahey counters with a stiff right hand.
Lahey takes a swing at Andersson's ribcage but misses.
Lahey connects with a high kick.

Andersson closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Lahey wants to get back to full guard but Andersson has mounted him!
Lahey looks winded!
Lahey is bucking up trying to escape but Andersson cracks him with another couple of good strikes.

Lahey is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Andersson locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Lahey is forced to tap!
