Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Tapio Rautavaara (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Talib Singh (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Rautavaara's entrance music is Humma. A fine choice. Tapio Rautavaara is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 3 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Tapio Rautavaara!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 2 - 3 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Talib Singh!
The judges for this bout are Tiny Johnson, Frank Dennis and Cecil Peabody.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Rautavaara wants to clinch.
Rautavaara shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Singh as he avoids it easily.
Singh looks to clinch
and Singh takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.

It looks like Talib Singh has been cut.
Singh tries to clinch but Rautavaara moves away

and Rautavaara counters with a shoot takedown. Singh fights it but they end up in guard.
Singh looks gassed!

Rautavaara thinks about going for a leg but decides against it, in order to maintain the position.
Rautavaara passes easily into side control. Nice work.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
Singh is looking to reverse the position.

Rautavaara tries for a kimura but Singh is defending well.
Singh gives up the full mount - oops, sloppy defensive grappling there!
Singh is trying to stand up.

That's one minute gone in the round.

Rautavaara is going olschool here, as he tries to force Singh to tap using a forearm choke. This isn't 1993 though, so Singh shrugs it off.
Rautavaara wants to control the pace but Singh is squirming around nicely.

Rautavaara goes for an armbar but he's not got it… Singh turns into him and now he's in Rautavaara's guard.

Rautavaara had isolated an arm as going for an omaplata. Singh is defending the submission well but is in a very vulnerable position. Rautavaara Is leaning forward trying to finish the omaplata but decides to abandon it, and take Singh's back instead.
Singh tries to escape the position.

Rautavaara is working for a rear naked choke. Singh is not defending it well and Rautavaara has tightened it up quickly! This could be all over! Singh refuses to tap and goes to sleep, forcing the referee to intervene. A little trickle of blood came out of Singh's nose as his head slumped to the floor. That is naaaasty!
