Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jumba Jookiba (ranked 24182 p4p, 4712 weight class) and Jurumin Silva (ranked 563 p4p, 466 weight class). I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.

The judges for this bout are Colin Fotheringham, Phil Schofield and William Gold.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva tries to score with an inside leg kick but telegraphs it and Jookiba is able to avoid easily.
Jurumin Silva seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Jookiba slaps away a takedown attempt from Silva, before circling back to the center of the mat.

Jookiba throws a loose over hand right and dives in with a double leg takedown. Silva tries to sprawl but it's too late and the fighters hit the mat. Jookiba is in Silva's guard.

Jookiba seems content to control from guard here. He's going to have to remain active though if he doesn't want to get stood back up.

Silva fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.

Jookiba wants to stand up, so he's looking to wriggle free of Silva's closed guard. He's half up but Silva has locked on to an arm! Uh oh! Silva pivots and extends the arm, Jookiba falls face first to the mat and taps??... does he?? YES! He's tapping! Excellent counter grappling there by Silva! Well done that man!
