Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

wescott tries to keep at a distance but Banza has taken the fight into the clinch.

Banza escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Jo Banza seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Banza lands a nice shot that snaps wescott's head back.
Banza fakes a head punch and goes low to the body. Nicely done.
Banza scores with a body shot.
wescott moves his head to the side to avoid a jab but walks straight into a cross.

It looks like Billy wescott has been cut.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!
wescott is on the wrong end of a nice combination from Banza.
wescott avoids a punch combination nicely.
Banza throws a wild combination but nothing lands.
wescott fails with a takedown attempt.
Banza scores with a one two! wescott had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.
wescott will have to do better than that with his takedown attempts.
wescott is breathing heavily.
Banza lands a straight punch to the body, keeping wescott at a distance.
wescott changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Banza tries to avoid it but wescott manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Banza to the ground. Banza escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Billy wescott. That's going to take a lot out of him.

Banza cracks wescott with an open hand slap.

wescott walks into a jab.
Banza connects with a body shot.
Banza ducks down and throws a hook to the body.

A punch lands to the side of wescott 's head but he takes it in his stride.
wescott takes one on the button.

Billy wescott's cut is bleeding quite badly. He's got to try and protect it.
wescott takes a punch right to his stomach. That took the wind out of him momentarily.
Banza lands a pitter patter jab to the forehead of his opponent.
Banza sends wescott crashing to the mat with a devastating uppercut! Banza is motioning to the referee to let wescott up. He wants to try and finish this one on the feet!

wescott is rocked!
Banza fakes the leg kick and throws a superman punch. It's knocked wescott out cold! Brutal finish!
