Lahey tries to clinch there but Lund circles away.
Lahey leaves Lund with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.
Lund throws out a loose jab but Lahey uses good head movement to avoid it.
Lahey shoots in for a takedown but Lund shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
Lund feinted with a counter takedown.
Lahey shoots in but no luck this time.
Lahey shoots for a double leg takedown but Lund sprawls well. He's pushed Lahey's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.
Jaryd Lund has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jim Lahey.

Lahey breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.

Lund feints and as Lahey raises his hands in defense, Lund changes levels and drives through with a takedown into guard.

Lahey tries to close the distance and clinch up but Lund swats him away and circles back towards the center.

Lahey can't keep his opponent in guard - Lund advances to half guard, no doubt looking to mount.
We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

Lahey tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

and Lund counters with a nice jab to the body that keeps Lahey thinking.

Lund looking to shoot here. He's gone for it and he's landed a takedown into side control! Oh, that's bad for Lahey!

Lund thinks about going for a far side armbar but bails out and retains the dominant position instead.
