Mano da Rua is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
doodoo shoots in and drives through. da Rua sprawls well.
doodoo fails with a takedown attempt from distance.

da Rua instigates a clinch.
da Rua is trying to drag doodoo to the mat but doodoo just about manages to keep his footing. He used the cage to his advantage there.

doodoo turns his back and goes for a hip toss. It's a bit messy but it gets the job done and doodoo manages to end up in side control.
da Rua tries to improve position but can't.
da Rua is breathing heavily.
da Rua can't do much from the bottom here.
da Rua on the wrong end of some ground and pound.
doodoo in side control lands a nice looking series of punches and elbows.

It looks like Mano da Rua has been cut.
This is a great period of action - very entertaining stuff!
You can see the frustration on da Rua's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.
doodoo lands a knee to the body and a forearm to the face.
