Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Kurt Liddell (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Junie Silva (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Liddell might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Just Another Victim by Helmet & House of Pain. Kurt Liddell had a look across the cage there at his opponent. He definitely means business

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Silva misses with the combination.
Liddell avoids the head kick by Silva.
Silva throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Liddell.
Silva fails to land with a series of punches.
Horrible takedown by Liddell or perhaps it was just good defense by Silva which made him look bad.

Liddell scores a trip takedown into side control. Nice.

Silva has hold of a guillotine but he's not going to be able to crank on it really with only half guard, so it's no trouble for Liddell. Oh but Silva has got full guard now! Oh boy! This one could be over very soon! Liddell goes limp - he's gone! Silva jumps up and celebrates with the crowd - fantastic submission finish!
