Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Marlon Oliveira (ranked 1968 p4p, 1468 weight class) and Antonio Barbosa (ranked 245 p4p, 188 weight class). Barbosa is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Eminem - Go to Sleep. Antonio Barbosa will no doubt be trying to keep this one on the feet, where he has a distinct advantage.

and Oliveira counters with a nice double leg into side control. Barbosa won't be happy with that.

Well. There's a bit of a lull in the action here and the crowd are starting to get restless.
Oliveira is nestled in close to Barbosa, controlling him well. He's worked in a nice elbow to the side of the head as well, for good measure.

Barbosa drops Oliveira with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Oliveira looks back up at him and smiles so Barbosa waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

It looks like Marlon Oliveira has been cut.
Oliveira drops his hands momentarily. Barbosa doesn't need a second invitation, landing a shot to the temple. Oliveira staggers and falls to the mat and the ref dives in to save him from any more punishment. Oliveira doesn't seem happy with the stoppage but he was done.
