Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucas Wallinder (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Dan Mann (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Mann has chosen Miracle Man by Ozzy Osbourne as his entrance music. Over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Mann will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.

Wallinder drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.
Wallinder wants to pass the guard but Mann is keeping the position.
Wallinder trying to control the position from guard on top but Mann is wriggling around, looking for whatever he can.

Wallinder is looking to work some ground and pound but Mann has wrist control.
Mann wants to sweep here but Wallinder controlling him for the moment.
Mann trying to keep a closed guard but Wallinder is proving a slippery customer.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Mann misses with a series of wild punches.

Wallinder on the wrong end of an overhand right that came out of nowhere.
Wallinder tries to work over Mann's front leg with a kick but Mann checks it.

Wallinder scores a takedown into full mount!
The referee warns Mann that he has to improve his position here as he takes two more clean shots to the head.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Mann is rocked!

It looks like Dan Mann has been cut.

Wallinder wants to finish this one by submission but Mann is holding onto his waist, trying to prevent any attacks from Wallinder.
Mann is still in real trouble! Can Wallinder finish him?
Mann is trying to get back to his feet but can't.
Wallinder landing strikes from the mount and Mann is in trouble!
Mann seems to have recovered his senses.
Wallinder has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.
Wallinder putting on the heat here with some good ground and pound!

Mann tries to get back to half guard but can't.
Wallinder lands a heavy elbow.

That has opened up Dan Mann's cut even more.

Wallinder looks like he's working for a submission but he's not found anything just yet.
Wallinder is breathing heavily.
Mann tries to lock up and control but Wallinder gives him a forearm to the face and pushes him away.
Mann is in all sorts of trouble here.
Mann really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Wallinder. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Poor strikes thrown by Wallinder there. More accuracy and less frantic strikes would help!
Mann is trying to escape the mount.

Wallinder moves into side control, trying to work for a kimura. That looks painful! Will he finish!!?? No, Mann has worked his arm free - good work by Mann!
Mann controls the position for a moment.
You can see the frustration on Mann's face, being in this tough position on the bottom.

Wallinder tries for an arm triangle. That looks pretty tight to me. Is this one over!?! Possibly, maybe, no Wallinder has let go of the choke. Obviously it wasn't as tight as we thought!
Mann wants to get back to his feet but Wallinder drags him back down.
Wallinder connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Mann some visible discomfort.

Dan Mann's cut is absolute horrible now. This looks like something out of a horror film with blood covering both fighters.

The referee calls the doctor in to look at Dan Mann's cut. Oh no, the doctor has called an end to the bout!
