Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ghazi Okah (ranked 2968 p4p, 2310 weight class) and Long Wang (ranked 386 p4p, 313 weight class). Okah comes into the arena with Rock Stone blaring out of the sound system. Wang has chosen ﴾ ᴿᴲᴰ ﴿ as his entrance music. I can't wait for this one - let's get the fighter introductions out of the way and get this one started!

and Wang counters with a three punch combo that has Okah backing up. Okah nods at Wang to acknowledge the strikes.
Okah thuds a left hand into Wang's body.
Okah's hands are dropping dangerously low here and Wang connects clean with a right hook that sends him down to one knee! Okah scrambles back to his feet.
The fighters circle momentarily. Wang darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Okah thuds his right hand into Wang's forehead from close range. That could be painful for both fighters.
Okah swings away with a body shot that misses
and Wang counters with a straight right hand.
A looping hook to the body misses from Okah. Wang does a little dance to reset his feet.
Wang connects with a body shot that sends Okah's belly button to the back.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.
Long Wang dominated that round.
That's time! Okah's corner gives him a slap on the ass as he gets ready to fight.

Okah is trying to force a seperation but Wang has the dominant position.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Okah is looking to break free of the clinch but Wang has double underhooks.

Sloppy strikes from Okah. Those never looked like landing.
Okah misses with a hook to the body
and Wang counters with a nice uppercut.
Long Wang seems to be getting the better of the standup.
Wang lands a nice hook to Okah's body. Okah takes it in his stride and looks to land his own strikes.
Wang has been the more effective fighter overall so far.
Wang lands a beauty of a right hand that gets the crowd cheering.
Wang throws a looping overhand right but Okah ducks down to avoid it.
Wang scores with a jab. Okah acknowledges it with a nod of the head.
Wang misses the jab.
Okah seemed to be looking to counter by closing the distance.
Wang might want to mix his strikes up a bit more. He's just going for head shots at the moment and that can become a bit predictable.
Okah misses with a body shot
and Wang makes him pay by landing a nice hook to the body before moving out of range.
Okah tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Wang was well out of range. Poor timing from Okah.
Wang tries a counter takedown but it's more of a dummy move, and he uses it to push himself away.
Okah looks to score with a jab to the body but Wang is just out of range.

Wang decides to change it up a bit and drives through with a nice takedown into half guard.
This has been an exciting period of action!
Okah tries to kick Wang off but Wang keeps his base steady and stays in half guard.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Wang is keen to just control but Okah is a slippery customer.
Wang frees up his trapped foot and advances to mount.
Wang takes a little breather and maintains the position. The referee will be looking for him to stay active from such a dominant position though.

Okah wriggling around on the bottom manages to avoid the strikes thrown by Wang.

Okah is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Wang locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Okah is forced to tap!
