The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
The fight stays on the outside here - Tong Panong looks like he's thinking about clinching though.
McGrath thuds a left hand into Tong Panong's body.

and McGrath counters with a nice single leg takedown and he's in Tong Panong's guard now.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.

and McGrath counters with a three punch combo that has Tong Panong backing up. Tong Panong nods at McGrath to acknowledge the strikes.

Tong Panong is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. McGrath is trying to escape and Tong Panong transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and McGrath is forced to tap! Nice work there by Tong Panong! Very nice indeed!
