Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Rankka Ankka (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Niko Berg (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Ankka comes to the cage accompanied by Stone Sour - Cardiff. Berg is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by "Psycho Killer" by the Talking Heads. The judges for this bout are Kenichi Hosakawa, Shirou Masuda and Tatsuya Matsuyama.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Ankka throws a hook but Berg blocks it.
Ankka looks to land a right hand but Berg moved out of range.
Ankka misses with a double jab.
Ankka misses with an uppercut.
Ankka misses the jab.
Berg closes the distance and scores a nice trip takedown into half guard. Ankka did well to prevent Berg getting side control.

Berg is keen to just control but Ankka is a slippery customer.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Ankka tries to close the distance and clinch up against the cage but Berg paws at him with a jab and circles away.
A combination from Berg does no damage.

Ankka scores with a decent looking hook.
Berg throws a body punch but Ankka moves out of range.
Berg closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ankka circles away.
Ankka lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Berg circles away quickly and effectively.
Berg misses with a wild body shot.

Berg throws a left and a right that both miss
and Ankka counters with a two punch combo.
This has been an exciting period of action!

Berg ducks under a wild hook from Ankka.
Ankka wants to clinch.
Ankka connects with a lovely right hand, straight down the pipe.
Ankka throws a head kick but Berg moves out of range.
Ankka misses with a looping right.
Berg closes this distance looking for a takedown but Ankka circles away.
Ankka misses with a jab to the body
and Berg counters with a shoot takedown. Ankka fights it but they end up in guard.

Berg pushes down on Ankka's leg and manages to get into half guard.
Ankka holds on for dear life, maintaining half guard for now.
Berg is trying for a kimura here. Ankka looks like he's in a lot of pain... and he's tapping out! Berg wins by kimura!
