Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Virgin Mary (ranked 6682 p4p, 24897 weight class) and Very Girl (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Virgin Mary could well score a knockout today. He has the power to get to Very Girl's chin.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.

We've got one fighter who appears to only be looking to counter and the other not looking particularly aggressive either, so we could be in for a dull fight.
Girl fails with a rather predictable takedown attempt.

Girl gets caught napping as Mary dives in and scores a takedown. Girl manages to retain guard.
Girl can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Mary controls the pace.

Mary seems to have a rather negative gameplan on the ground. He seems keen to just score the takedown and hold down Girl for as long as he can get away with.

Girl shoots for a double leg takedown but Mary sprawls well. He's pushed Girl's face into the mat and manages to get back to his feet relatively easily.

Mary fakes high and shoots in for a takedown but Girl avoids it really well and circles away.

The crowd are showing their displeasure at the lack of action as loud boos ring out around the arena.

and Girl counters with a head kick that drops Mary to the mat! Mary scrambles across the canvas and gets back to his feet, still wobbly!

and Girl makes the exchange count by landing a cracking kick to the body. Mary really felt that one!

Very Girl showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.
The fighters get back to their feet, the hooter sounds and we're back to the action! And we move into the final round!

Mary closes the distance and gets a double leg, slamming Girl to the mat! Girl manages to get full guard.
Girl wants to get back to his feet but Mary is in a dominant position and won't allow it.
Mary wants to get up but he can't break Girl's closed guard. He needs to be careful trying to break the legs open, as he's open to submissions here.

Girl is scooting his butt against the cage and has managed to get back to his feet. Mary presses him back against the cage, presumably looking to take the fight back to the mat.

Girl tries to throw a body punch but Mary avoids it by throwing Girl back against the cage.

Mary manages to break the clinch.

Mary closes the distance and clinches up, looking for a takedown. He shifts his weight and gets a nice trip into half guard.
Girl has no desire to be mounted, so is trying to control. Mary is working away from the top position though.

Girl manages to escape and get back to his feet!

and Girl counters with a body kick that stops Mary in his tracks momentarily.

We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!

Very Girl comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
Well Girl has outworked and out performed his opponent in all aspects of the game today. He was simply too good and the decision should be no more than a formality. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
