Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Jimmy Russo (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Masaaki Free trade (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Chooooooooon! I think Russo might be my favorite fighter, now he's come out to Destroy Everything. Masaaki Free trade is the more experienced fighter, so let's see if that makes a difference tonight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

The referee has ruled that neither fighter is active enough on the ground and has stood them back up.

Russo drives through with a takedown into guard.

Free trade has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Russo can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Russo wants to pass the guard but Free trade is keeping the position.

Free trade escapes his hips to the side and looks to be working for an armbar. Russo gives him a little smile and shakes his head. No chance.

Russo drops back for a leg! It's a sloppy attempt though and Russo jumps back into guard quickly, to retain the dominant position.

Well, the referee has seen enough. Neither fighter is active enough on the ground so he's stood them back up.
Russo throws out a loose jab but Free trade uses good head movement to avoid it.

Russo has an Americana. Free trade didn't react quickly enough there and he's in big trouble now! He tries to squirm out but is forced to tap! Russo is delighted and gyrates infront of the ring girls. They seem to like the attention - it'll be interesting to see if Russo hooks up with any of them at the after show party.
