PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Snail Tail (ranked 3826 p4p, 25107 weight class) and Steven Duong (ranked 430 p4p, 633 weight class). Duong is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Tyron Woodley. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Duong scores with a one two! Tail had his feet all tangled up there and couldn't avoid the strikes.

It looks like Snail Tail has been cut.
Duong looks to throw the jab but Tail is out of range.
Duong works over Tail's head and body with a nice combination.
Duong fakes and then throws a beautiful body shot. Tail looks a bit winded and takes a step backwards to take a breath.

Duong lands a jab. Then a cross. Then finally a nice hook to the body. Good work there by Duong.

Duong feints a straight left to the body, then turns around with a flashy move and hits Tails jaw with a dramatic spinning back fist!

Tail attempts a counter takedown but Duong avoids it well and moves away.

Duong can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Tail controls the pace.

Tail is thinking about an arm triangle here, looking to tighten it up before moving to side control. Duong can see it coming though and defends well with a couple of strikes to the head and some good arm positioning.
