Zedong misses with an uppercut.
MD feinted with a counter takedown.
MD closes this distance looking for a takedown but Zedong circles away.
A punch combination from MD misses.
MD fails with a takedown attempt.
MD shoots in for a takedown but Zedong shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Mahfud MD. That's going to take a lot out of him.

MD gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! Zedong gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!

In his post fight interview, Mao Zedong started talking himself up. Luckily his charisma kept the crowd on side and gave him a good reception.
