Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

Winston takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.
Winston moves into the clinch.
Virus is trying to break the clinch but Winston has him pressed against the cage.
Virus wants to stall.
Virus blocks a body shot from Winston.

Winston works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
We could do with one of the fighters taking the initiative a bit more on the ground - they're both waiting to capitalize on a mistake.
Virus can't do much from the bottom at the moment, as Winston controls the pace.

Winston prevents Virus from getting back to his feet.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Virus wants to improve his position but instead Winston has moved into half guard.
Winston tries to pass the half guard into mount. Virus knows what he's doing though and prevents the attempt.

Winston works his foot free and advances to mount.
Virus is controlling an arm, preventing Winston from taking his back. Although keeping him in mount is no better to be honest.
Winston forces the positional change into back control.
You can see the frustration on Virus's face… He knows he is in trouble unless he improves his position sooner rather than later.
Virus is trying to defend against the choke here but Winston has an arm under his chin. This one might not last much longer. Winston Tightens the hold and Virus taps out furiously! Winston displays superior BJJ to win the fight.
Ladies and gentlemen, after 2:55 of round 1, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Piney Winston!
A less than humble Piney Winston misjudged his post fight interview somewhat and came across a little too arrogant whilst trying to hype up his own abilities.
In defeat, Corona Virus stepped up to the mic, saying 'Ill be back'.
