Coming up we have a super heavyweight MMA rules bout between Chief Red Eagle (ranked 1908 p4p, 2262 weight class) and Bane Darwin (ranked 75 p4p, 90 weight class). Both these guys have solid standup skills and neither is particularly fantastic on the ground, so let's hope for a nice standup war!

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 7 - 4 - 0, fighting out of New York, Bane Darwin!
The judges for this bout are Steve Montenegro, Dean Styles and Reed Andrews.

Darwin throws an uppercut from half a mile away. Red Eagle sees it coming and avoids it easily.
Darwin tries to move into range but Red Eagle moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
It looks like Bane Darwin has been cut.
Darwin connects with the punch.
Red Eagle closes the distance and clinches.
Darwin pushes off and circles away, back to the middle of the mat.
Darwin misses with a hook. Red Eagle ducked under it nicely.
Red Eagle cracks Darwin with a big right hand that sends him crashing to the floor. Red Eagle has the opportunity to follow him to the ground but instead he's beckoning Darwin to stand back up!
This has been an exciting period of action!
Red Eagle throws a lazy uppercut
and Darwin counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
Both fighters circle each other, looking for something big. Red Eagle moves in and throws an overhand right. That hurt Darwin! Red Eagle continues to tee off on Darwin, landing with a left and a right! Red Eagle connects with a right hand that leaves Darwin sleeping against the cage! What a finish by Red Eagle!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punches). Chief Red Eagle!
