The bell rings for round one and we are underway!

Muhammed shoots in for a takedown! He's got it and he's managed to land in full mount! That's better than Muhammed was expecting from the takedown attempt, I'm sure!

Muhammed throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
Sanchez is trying desperately to improve position.
Sanchez wants to control but Muhammed is having none of it.
Sanchez is in a horrible position here, under a barrage of strikes, he's managing to avoid any damage.
Muhammed is dominating on the ground here - he's now on his opponent's back, looking to sink in the hooks. Sanchez is in real trouble.
Muhammed controlling the position well here. Sanchez rolled but Muhammed kept the hooks locked in and stayed in the dominant position.

Muhammed is working for the rear naked choke. He has one arm under the chin but Sanchez has hold of the other arm. A bit of a stalemate here.

Muhammed is breathing heavily.
Sanchez tries to escape but Muhammed has the hooks in and won't let him break free.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.

Muhammed is looking for the choke from the back position but Sanchez is controlling his hands well.

Sanchez tries to roll but Muhammed sticks to his back.
Sanchez turns into Muhammed and is now in his guard.
Muhammed has been looking to land a fair amount of strikes on the ground. He might be looking to soften his opponent up in order to work for a submission.

Sanchez avoids a guillotine attempt easily.
Sanchez really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Muhammed. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.
The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
