Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Boleslav Makarenko (ranked 2969 p4p, 2460 weight class) and Mickey Fernandez (ranked 311 p4p, 267 weight class). On his way into the cage it seems that Boleslav Makarenko has been attacked by a crazed fan! It looks like it might have been the just bleed guy! Luckily Boleslav Makarenko seems to be OK! I thought that lunatic was in prison!?

so Fernandez counters with a double leg into guard. Good agility.
Makarenko is wriggling around but Fernandez manages to pass to half guard.
Fernandez looks over to his corner - he wants some instructions but his corner are not responding.

Mickey Fernandez opened up his post fight interview with a scream to camera that he wants a title shot! Whether he deserves the shot will be up to the management of the organization, so I guess he'll have to wait and see.
Boleslav Makarenko spoke after the fight, saying 'UNBELIEVABLE!!'.
