Walters jumps guard but his hands slip and he falls flat on his back. Well, he's made himself look a right mug there, as Merel walks away with a smile on his face. Walters gets slowly back to his feet and shakes his head.
Anthony Merel is looking to keep the fight on the feet at all costs.
Merel lands hard precision jab right on the jaw that stiffens Walters up and sends him tumbling to the mat! The ref grabs Merel from behind before he can pounce. Some folks in the crowd didn't like that stoppage, but I saw Walters's eyes roll way back in his head, he was done.

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:48 of round 2, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Anthony Merel!
An out of breath Anthony Merel thanked his loyal fans in his post fight interview, giving them credit for his success over the course of his career.
