Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the welterweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, Masai Kyoshi!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 1 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Delbert Mazzariello!
The judges for this bout are Taro Takaoka, Shigeki Fujiwara and Yukihiro Yamamoto.

Some wild striking there from Mazzariello.
Mazzariello stalks Kyoshi and leaps in with a furious combination of punches. Uppercuts and crosses smash into Kyoshi's face. Kyoshi staggers backwards, shaken.
Kyoshi closes this distance looking for a takedown but Mazzariello circles away.

letting Mazzariello counter with a right hand.
Kyoshi fails with the takedown.
That's three failed takedown attempts in the round for Masai Kyoshi. That's going to take a lot out of him.
Kyoshi shoots in looking for a takedown. Mazzariello tries to sprawl out of it but Kyoshi keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Mazzariello manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Kyoshi tries to shoot in for a takedown. He's got hold of a leg but Mazzariello swivels and escapes.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Mazzariello drops Kyoshi with a beautiful combination! Kyoshi stares up at his opponent, who ushers him back to his feet - Mazzariello is looking for the KO!

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

and Mazzariello counters with a huge left! Kyoshi is in big trouble! He's backing up but Mazzariello isn't giving him chance to recover. Under a barage of punches the ref has to step in to save Kyoshi from any more damage. A dominating finish by Mazzariello!
