The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Allen shoots in for a takedown. "Ole!" shouts Clanger as he jumps to the side.

Clanger moves into the clinch successfully.
Clanger misses with an elbow over the top.

Clanger works for the underhooks and manages to get a trip takedown into guard.
Clanger landing with the ground and pound.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
A big thud reverberates around the arena there as Clanger accidentally thumps the mat. Hopefully he's not broken his hand.
Allen is trying to keep Clanger in close.
Clanger throws a big right hand that misses.
Allen avoiding any damage from the ground and pound.

Allen has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Clanger can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.
Clanger really doesn't want to stay on the ground with Allen. If he can't get it back to his feet, it's only a matter of time before he'll be tapping out.

Clanger is trying to tuck his arms in to keep them safe but Allen has managed to isolate one of them and has got a loose triangle. Clanger is looking to defend but Allen has done well to lock his legs together - this could be big trouble for Clanger! Allen pulls down on the head and a little smile comes across his face - he knows he's got it. Yep, Clanger taps out and this one is all over!
