Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Sami Holm (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Jeremy Woodie (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Woodie shoots in for a takedown - he's clinched up with Holm but Holm pushes him off and we're back to square one.
Sami Holm seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.
Holm shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Woodie's guard.
Holm wants to stand and escape but instead Woodie has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.

Holm is looking for a triangle but Woodie pushes his legs off easily.

Holm has an omoplata and is looking to use it perhaps as a submission or perhaps to transition. Woodie is in a bit of discomfort here, but he's managed to free himself and has dived into side control! That didn't work out too well for Holm.

That was a close second round but I would say that Sami Holm will probably get the nod.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for leaving it all in the cage!
