Loco is cranking Steve Jr's head sideways - that looks painful. He's managed to get his other arm under the chin and this looks bad for Steve Jr! He's tightened the choke and Steve Jr is tapping out!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 3:39 of round 2, we have a winner by way of Submission (RNC). Mono Loco!
Our winner, Mono Loco, made sure he spent some time buttering up the crowd during his post fight interview, which will no doubt bring him a few more fans.
