Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Quellon Blacksea (ranked 2941 p4p, 2161 weight class) and Donny Platt (ranked 291 p4p, 224 weight class). Blacksea comes to the cage accompanied by The Kraken's Theme. The atmosphere really building for this one as we go over to our ring announcer for the fighter introductions!

Platt shoots in and bounces Blacksea off the cage to secure the takedown into guard.

Blacksea looks to be working for a triangle here. Oh, it looks like he might have it! Platt has picked Blacksea up and slammed him! Blacksea can't keep hold of the triangle and Platt manages to pass to side control!

In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Platt working his ground and pound in the gym. So far it seems to be working well.
A big shot lands for Platt! That's hurt Blacksea! Will he recover? Platt fires away with more strikes and the referee has to step in to stop the fight!
