Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Crack Head (ranked 1050 p4p, 1665 weight class) and Roc Le Phat (ranked 146 p4p, 223 weight class). Le Phat is bouncing up and down as he enters the arena, backed by Bonita Applebum. Roc Le Phat has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Le Phat moves out of range as Head strikes.
Roc Le Phat seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
A slow jab from Head misses its intended target.

It looks like Crack Head has been cut.
Head misses with a hook. Le Phat ducked under it nicely.

Le Phat shoots in for a takedown from distance. He catches Head napping and manages to drive through into side control!

Le Phat throwing sloppy strikes here. Perhaps if he tightened up his striking from such a dominant position, he'd be able to finish easier.
In the pre-fight buildup videos we saw Le Phat working his ground and pound in the gym. He isn't landing a great percentage of his ground strikes so far though.
Le Phat has his opponent pinned against the cage, landing some nasty ground and pound that is really making a bit of a mess out of Head's face.

Head sneaks a leg back under and regains half guard and is working straight away to try and get back to guard. He hasn't managed just yet though.

Roc Le Phat bigged himself up after the win. The crowd seemed to love it.
In defeat, Crack Head stepped up to the mic, saying 'I eat enemy placenta for breakfast'.
