Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Ken Shamcock (ranked 4304 p4p, 7065 weight class) and Jon Bones (ranked 498 p4p, 634 weight class). Bones has chosen I BEAT YO' ASS as his entrance music. Ken Shamcock had real problems making weight for this fight. After initially coming in at 206.2lbs, he had two hours to make the official fight weight. He made it but it will have taken a lot out of him to cut those extra few pounds. Ken Shamcock is staring across the cage at his opponent, tweaking his nipples... Tweaking his own nipples that is.

Shamcock's corner calls for a 1, 2 combination and Shamcock duly obliges.
Bones fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
A right-left combo lands from Shamcock.
Shamcock bobs and weaves and then throws a good body kick.
Shamcock works over Bones's head and body with a nice combination.

Bones shoots in looking for a single leg takedown. Shamcock is trying to defend but Bones finishes it well and ends up in half guard. Let's see if he can advance position further.

Shamcock tries to regain full guard. Instead though, Bones has advanced to mount. Uh oh.

Shamcock has a butterfly guard looking to sweep but Bones has passed into side control.
Shamcock is putting a lot of effort into getting back to his feet here.

Bones is working for a guillotine from mount but Shamcock frees his head quite easily.
Bones manages to capitalize on a mistake by Shamcock to take his back!
Shamcock tries to escape the position - he's now mounted. Is that better or worse? Hard to tell!

Shamcock bucks up and throws Bones to the side - he's got back to his feet. Great escape!

Shamcock throws a push kick but Bones slaps the foot to one side.
A little jabbing left from Bones on the counter but it doesn't find it's target.
Shamcock throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Bones appeared to try and counter that last move with a leg kick.

Bones shoots in for a takedown but Shamcock shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Shamcock slips in close and lands a nice hook before moving back out of range.
Bones throws a leg kick but Shamcock checks it.
Bones shoots in looking for a takedown. Shamcock tries to sprawl out of it but Bones keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Shamcock manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Ken Shamcock has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Jon Bones.
Bones takes a shot to the nose. Hopefully that hasn't broken it.

Shamcock lands three nice shots there - that looked like it hurt!

Bones get stunned by a cross and takes another one on the button. Bones stumbles backwards and tries to bounce back off the cage but Shamcock runs in and jumps on him with a leaping lead hook that puts him out! Wow, that was highlight reel stuff! Awesome finish!
