PBP Commentary

Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Johannes Brahms (ranked 499 p4p, 356 weight class) and Osiris Egyptian (ranked 64 p4p, 38 weight class). Brahms comes to the cage accompanied by 40 : 1 - Sabaton. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the lightweight division.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 22 - 11 - 1, fighting out of Helsinki, Osiris Egyptian!
The judges for this bout are Yasuomi Hirokawa, Taro Takaoka and Sosuke Kotani.

Brahms displays some good footwork, moving neatly out of range as Egyptian throws out the jab.

The crowd cheers as Egyptian lands an impressive looking overhand right. Brahms doesn't seem phased though.

Egyptian's coach down at Secret Lab was telling us pre-fight that they have been working on Egyptian's balance. Obviously they view that as a key factor in the outcome of this fight.
That kick from Brahms tenderised Egyptian's leg. Egyptian is trying to keep his angry face on.
Egyptian throws a leg kick which misses Brahms's front leg but catches the back leg as Brahms tries to avoid it.

Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.

The fighters are starting to get a bit slippery now, which will make submissions a bit more difficult.

That was a close second round but I would say that Johannes Brahms will probably get the nod.

Osiris Egyptian comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Egyptian has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.

After the fight, Osiris Egyptian was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
