Coming up we have a featherweight MMA rules bout between Oenomaus Doctore (ranked 1847 p4p, 4000 weight class) and Daniel Sainty (ranked 205 p4p, 380 weight class). Doctore comes to the cage accompanied by Metallica - . These two fighters really are very evenly matched on the feet - it will be fascinating to see who can assert themselves in that aspect of the fight.

Sainty throws a chopping leg kick but Doctore manages to avoid taking any serious damage.

Doctore chopped to the floor by a nice leg kick but he springs right back up before Sainty can pounce on him.
Sainty pivots as if he's going to throw a leg kick but stops half way.

and Doctore takes a counter punch right on the button for his troubles.
Sainty tries to score with a leg kick but it misses it's target.

Sainty lands a powerful looking uppercut that connected with his opponent's jaw.

That was a close round but I would say that Oenomaus Doctore will probably get the nod.

Neither fighter has done anything of merit for a good minute or two here and the crowd are not happy about it.
What can Doctore do to escape this position? He's going to have to figure it out pretty quick if he wants to stay in the fight!
Sainty is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Doctore is trying to get back to his feet but he's not managed it yet.

Sainty manages to get an easy takedown there - catching Doctore on his heels. He'll look to pass Doctore's guard now, I'm sure.

Sainty fakes a strike and closes the distance, dragging Doctore to the ground. Sainty is now in Doctore's guard.

That was a close second round but I would say that Oenomaus Doctore will probably get the nod.

Sainty throws a wild hook but Doctore just manages to duck under it and - ooooh! Sainty gets nailed by a brutal uppercut which crumples him back against the cage! The referee jumps in - Doctore raises his hands in celebration and walks away!
