Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Johan Olsen (ranked 656 p4p, 928 weight class) and Jarna Kuiva (ranked 90 p4p, 125 weight class). Jarna Kuiva has the better chin. Will he look to stand and bang today?

Kuiva scores with a nice strike.
Olsen looks to land a left hand but Kuiva moved out of range nicely.

and Kuiva cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Kuiva lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.
Olsen shoots in but Kuiva avoids the takedown attempt easily.
Kuiva lands a really nice looking cross but Olsen seems unphased.
Olsen has been working on his balance at Armored Fitness & Sparring, so perhaps that has help him stuff some of the takedown attempts by Kuiva.

Olsen tries to move into range but Kuiva moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.

Kuiva leaves Olsen with his face pressed against the mat as he sprawls beautifully, defending against a solid takedown attempt.

Olsen works to advance to full mount. Kuiva defends for a few seconds but eventually he succumbs.
Olsen is still in mount, landing shots to his trapped opponent. Kuiva can't stay in a position like this for much longer.
Olsen tucks in and makes sure he doesn't lose the dominant position.

Kuiva is flailing around, obviously not happy about being mounted. Olsen locks hold of one of his arms and spins for an armbar. He's got it! Kuiva is forced to tap!

Johan Olsen spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
