Coming up we have a light heavyweight MMA rules bout between Lucen Malevolente (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Alejandro Jose (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Malevolente 's ring entrance music is that housewives' favourite, Conquer all. Lucen Malevolente looks tired to me. Hopefully he has got enough gas left in the tank to put in a good performance.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Jose fails miserably with a takedown attempt.
Malevolente throws a right high kick that is partially blocked by Jose.
It looks like Alejandro Jose has been cut.
Jose changes levels and drives through with a really nice takedown into side control. Malevolente looks really pissed at himself for not defending that better.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.
Jose misses with a half-hearted attempt at a head kick.

Malevolente 's corner calls for him to break the clinch, which he does.

and Malevolente counters with a nice double leg into guard.
Malevolente wants to stand and escape but instead Jose has hit a sweep and he's now on top in guard.
Jose wants to control from the top but Malevolente keeps moving.
Jose is in a good position here but he's just trying to control... And he's not even managing to do that successfully.
