Johnson instigates a clinch.
Minamino looks really tired already! That doesn't bode well for a good, competitive fight!

Minamino has clasped his hands together around Johnson's back... aaand, he's got a takedown into side control. Nicely done.
Johnson tries to work a leg under to get back to half guard but Minamino wriggles his own leg back out and remains in side control.

There's a bit of a scramble here and now Johnson is on top in guard.

Johnson connects with a decent looking elbow from side control that caused Minamino some visible discomfort.

Johnson is working for what looks like an arm triangle here. Minamino is trying to escape and Johnson transitions quickly into an armbar! He's slapped it on tight and Minamino is forced to tap! Nice work there by Johnson! Very nice indeed!
