Coming up we have a lightweight MMA rules bout between Yodsanan Sityodtong (ranked 1459 p4p, 1671 weight class) and Nomor Gai (ranked 180 p4p, 205 weight class). Gai is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: Alice Cooper No More Mr. Nice Guy. Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Gai's corner calls for a 1-2. Gai obliges with the 1 part as he scores the single shot and moves back out of range.

Sityodtong drops Gai with a hook right on the temple. He thinks about going to the ground but Gai looks back up at him and smiles so Sityodtong waves him back to his feet - he obviously thinks he can knock him out after that shot landed.

Gai was about to counter that last move with a leg kick but changes his mind.

Gai seems to have recovered his senses.

Gai cracks Sityodtong with a nasty uppercut that draws ooohs from the crowd and sends Sityodtong tumbling backwards onto the mat. He tries to recover but Gai pounces and lands a hail of unanswered strikes that forces the referee to step in to end the fight! Sityodtong is not happy but he gave the referee no choice!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 2, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Nomor Gai!
During a confident post fight interview, Nomor Gai thanked all his fans. He seemed very genuine when describing how motivated his fans keep him.
