Coming up we have a middleweight MMA rules bout between Jian Fu (ranked 3094 p4p, 366 weight class) and Damian Wayne (ranked 3275 p4p, 383 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the middleweight division.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Wayne fails with the takedown.
Wayne just manages to avoid a counter high kick fromFu.
Wayne closes the distance and clinches up with Fu, looking for a takedown. Wayne pushes Fu against the cage but Fu circles to the side and manages to break the clinch.
Wayne shoots in but doesn't get the takedown
and Fu counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Jian Fu has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Damian Wayne.
Wayne dives in for a single leg takedown but Fu sprawls and the fighters end up clinched against the cage.
Fu is looking to counter the offense by Wayne and move into the clinch.
Fu misses with a few strikes there.
Wayne shoots for a takedown but Fu saw that one coming a mile off and avoided it easily.
A really sloppy takedown attempt there from Wayne.

The crowd are hurling abuse towards the fighters... You can hardly blame them though because there isn't a lot going on in the fight.
Wayne might have to switch it up a bit here because his efforts to control Fu haven't been going to plan, at least at the current moment in time.
Fu gets back to half guard.
Fu wants to get back to his feet.
The ref warns both fighters not to hold the cage as they work up against the meshing.
Wayne is taking a breather. Fu says something to him but it's hard to make out. Perhaps he's telling him to get on with it and actually do something.
Wayne should think about turning a few of those tyres round his middle into muscle if he wants people to take him seriously as an athlete.

The fighters are going at a pretty good pace and they're both starting to sweat now.
Wayne works his way into side control.
Fu is pushing Wayne's head away, looking to escape. Wayne manages to hold on to the position though.
Fu is not content to let Wayne control the position.
The referee must be thinking about standing these guys back up.

A lull in the action here being met with boos from the crowd.
Wayne tries to advance to mount but Fu denies him.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.
Wayne changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fu tries to avoid it but Wayne manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fu to the ground. Fu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Wayne looks for a takedown here. Will he get it? Fu is fending him off so far but Wayne persists. Nope, Fu circles away and we're back to standing.

Wayne tries for a takedown but Fu sees it coming a mile off and avoids it easily.
Boooooooooooooooooooo!!! God, this has been a terrible round. Come on you two, sort yourselves out!
Fu paws at his opponent with the jab and then lunges in with a straight, right on the button.
A left and a right from Fu both land. Nice combination.
No luck with that takedown attempt from Wayne.

The referee calls time. The cornermen exit stage left and we're back to business.

Fu tries to clinch up.
Fu pulls out of a head kick attempt.
Wayne changes levels and looks for a double leg takedown. Fu tries to avoid it but Wayne manages to keep hold of a leg and drag Fu to the ground. Fu escapes though and pops straight back up to his feet.
Horrible takedown attempt by Wayne or perhaps it was just good defense by Fu, which made it look bad.
As Wayne looks to move away, Fu throws a big counter combo but Wayne just gets out of the way.

Wayne misses with a takedown attempt - Fu sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

Wayne drops down and drives through with a powerful takedown into guard.

Fu has a loose triangle. He'll be looking to tighten that up but Wayne can see exactly what he's planning and manages to posture up and free himself.

Wayne is pushing down on Fu's leg trying to pass to half guard. Fu is fighting to maintain full guard but Wayne has managed to sneak the leg through.
Fu looks like he's trying to stand up.

Fu is looking to sinch up a guillotine here but Wayne pulls his head out easily.
Wayne passes the guard and advances to mount!

Wayne won't let Fu get back to his feet... He wants to keep the fight where it is for now.
Wayne is looking to work his way around to Fu's back. He needs to be careful though, as he's in danger of losing this dominant position.

Fu looks to score with a combo but nothing lands.
Jian Fu is winning the standup battle so far.
Fu displays good takedown defense there as he swats away a double leg from Wayne.

Wayne shoots in from a long way out. He's driving through with the takedown attempt and he eventually gets it, landing in Fu's guard.
Wayne won't allow Fu to get back to his feet.
The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
Wayne is intent on slowing down the pace of the fight, simply looking to control.

Fu is actively looking for submissions from his back. He's worked himself a little space on the bottom and seems to be going for a triangle. No, he's switched into an armbar! That was slick! Wayne rolls with it to try and escape but Fu cranks on the arm and Wayne is forced to tap out! This one is aaaaaaaaall over!
