Coming up we have a lightweight kickboxing rules bout between Alexi Litchkov (ranked 5133 p4p, 440 weight class) and Muhammad Om (ranked 5896 p4p, 472 weight class). We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Las Vegas, Muhammad Om!
The judges for this bout are Yukihiro Yamamoto, Kenichi Hosakawa and Yuuki Gou.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Litchkov.
Litchkov tries to score with a low kick but Om moves his leg out of the way.
Om appears to be waiting to throw a counter punch to the body.
Litchkov swings away with a leg kick that misses.
Litchkov is looking to land body kicks.
Om steps in looking to clinch after the strikes miss from Litchkov.
Om takes a big uppercut there. He seems a bit wobbly but no, he's OK.


It looks like Muhammad Om has been cut.
Om lands with an overhand left.
Litchkov throws a decent looking leg kick but it doesn't land clean.
Om has his front leg slapped to the side - a nice low kick landing there from Litchkov.
Litchkov attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.

We've seen a great period of action over the last minute or so - credit to both fighters for going all out!

and Om counters with a lovely shot to the body.

Litchkov lands a nice leg kick that just misses Om's sensitive parts.

Om tries to close the distance and clinch up against the ropes but Litchkov paws at him with a jab and circles away.

Om tries to clinch but is not successful on this occasion.

Om moves in looking to clinch but Litchkov pushes him off.
Litchkov attempts a leg kick but it's missed by a good margin.
Despite the aggression on Om's face he doesn't fully commit to the counter.
Om slips under a jab.
Om blocks a jab.
Litchkov is really dominating this fight. Is there anything that Om can do to turn this around?

Om now looks to counter with a shot at the body.
Litchkov lands a leg kick and bounces back out of range.
Litchkov throws a low kick but Om moves out of range easily.
Om tries to counter with a clinch but Litchkov shakes him off and moves away.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Om jabs. That one connects to the head of his opponent.
Om is a painfully thin specimen of a man. You do wonder whether a good body kick would snap him clean in two.
Litchkov fakes with the hands and throws a leg kick but Om is out of range.

Both fighters are absolutely exhausted here.

Litchkov will need to close the distance a bit before he attacks - that leg kick was thrown from too far away.
Om looked like he wanted to counter with a punch but didn't throw it.
Litchkov keeps his opponent at a distance with a nice jab.
Boom, another hit is landed. "You're gunna get knocked out" taunts Litchkov, as that shot connected.
Om uses good footwork to avoid the strikes from Litchkov.

Litchkov swung with a counter right hand that didn't connect.
Litchkov throws out a leg kick but Om moves out of range and Litchkov only half commits.

and Om cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.

Om tries to clinch up.
Om cracks Litchkov with a hook to the jaw. Both fighters smile at eachother and high-five before getting back down to business.
Litchkov keeps the fight on the outside.

Om drives through and clinches with Litchkov against the ropes.
Litchkov throws a punch but it's blocked by Om.
Om's leg has a nasty welt from taking a succession of leg kicks. That must be slowing him down.

Om blocks a punch to the side of the head.
Litchkov throws a punch but it's blocked by Om.

Om breaks from the clinch.
Litchkov staying out of range there.
Litchkov throws a leg kick that misses.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Om tries to bum rush Litchkov with a series of wild strikes but Litchkov uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Om tries to land with a swinging hook to the body but Litchkov was well out of range. Poor timing from Om.
The fighters circling - Litchkov throws out the jab but it was never going to land.
Litchkov misses with the body kick
and Om cracks him with a counter punch right on the button.
Om tries to clinch up but Litchkov circles away and keeps his distance.
Om tries to clinch up against the ropes, rushing in to close the distance. Litchkov manages to break the clinch and circles back to the middle of the mat.

Muhammad Om is looking to throw some combinations by the looks of things.
Om is looking to clinch but Litchkov is avoiding it.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

Muhammad Om showed his class in that round. I'd imagine he'll take it on all the scorecards.

The fighters' corners scream their final instructions, as the referee calls time. Here we go, back to the action! Let's hear some noise people - this is the final round!

Om tries to close the distance and clinch but Litchkov swats him to one side with an open hand palm strike and circles away.

Om wants to counter the offense by Litchkov and move into the clinch position.
Om avoids a lazy jab quite easily.
Om unleashes a big counter combination but Litchkov bobs and weaves and avoids any damage.

No joy there for Litchkov, who threw a few shots but didn't land.

Om has used his reach advantage pretty well so far tonight.

Om lands an uppercut.

Om breaks the clinch and we're back to striking at distance.
Litchkov wants to slow Om down by chopping away at his legs.
Om tries to counter with a clinch but Litchkov shakes him off and moves away.
A bone on bone clash there as Om blocks the leg kick.
Om now looks to counter with a shot at the body.

The fight moves into the clinch position.
Om tries to land a shot to the body but it's blocked.

Om escapes the clinch and we're back to striking.
Fantastic stuff here - a very entertaining period of action, which has drawn cheers from the crowd.
Om lands with a nice combination. Litchkov backs away looking to recover.

Om clinches up against the ropes.

Muhammad Om comfortably won the final round on my scorecard.
I think Om has won this one but let's see whether the judges agree with me. Over to the ring announcer for the scorecards.
