Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Moritz Zee (ranked 3337 p4p, 335 weight class) and Ralph Long (ranked 3783 p4p, 370 weight class). Ralph Long told me before the fight that he's been watching a lot of DVDs so let's see if that helps him in this one! I can't wait to find out!

Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Rio de Janeiro, Moritz Zee!
And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 1 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Hilo, Ralph Long!
The judges for this bout are Thiago Cunha, Leandro Rodrigues and Seu Braga.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
A slapping leg kick lands for Zee.
Long is looking to take this fight into the clinch.
Long misses with a series of wild punches.
Ralph Long seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
The fighters circle momentarily. Zee darts into range and connects with a nice straight punch.
Long tries to move into range but Zee moves to the side and lands with a nice right hand.
Long misses with a body shot. Nice footwork from Zee.
Zee connects with a crisp jab.

Zee cracks Long with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Long looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Zee finish him?

Long is rocked!
The fans in attendance giving it up for the two fighters, who have really let it all hang out in the last minute or so!
Zee throws a pinpoint strike between Long's hands that connects right on the jaw and sends Long crashing to the floor! He's out before he even hits the mat and Zee scores a great knockout victory!

Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:37 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Moritz Zee!
Moritz Zee spent the whole post fight interview bigging himself up. It didn't go down that well with the fans after a while as they thought it was a bit arrogant.
