Baxter lands with a shot to the body.
Pitakaka throws a right and a left that both miss.
Baxter bobs and weaves and unloads with a good uppercut.
A head kick misses from Pitakaka.
Pitakaka throws a sloppy head kick and Baxter moves out of range easily.
An attempted straight right counter from Baxter misses the target.

Pitakaka throws a lazy head kick
and Baxter counters with a big 3 punch combo that drops Pitakaka on his ass! Pitakaka wobbles back to his feet half way through the count and though looking a bit dazed, the referee is going to allow the fight to continue!
Pitakaka throws a head kick but Baxter moves out of range.
Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!
Baxter throws a couple of head shots and lands with the final one - a decent hook, which struck Pitakaka on the side of the head.
Pitakaka is rocked!
Pitakaka throws a leg kick that is checked
and Baxter counters with a powerful cross that connects right on the chin and the lights go out! A massive one punch knock out!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 0:30 of round 1, we have a winner by way of KO (Punch). Dax Baxter!
After the fight, Dax Baxter was humble in paying tribute to his opponent but made it clear he wants to go on to bigger and better things. It seemed to go down well with the crowd who cheered him loudly.
