Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Bruno Souza (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class) and Nico Ramirez (ranked 0 p4p, 0 weight class). Both fighters look fresh as a daisy as they make their way towards the cage.

The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Souza doesn't manage to clinch there - Ramirez circles away.
Souza throws a hard body shot but it just misses.
Ramirez lands a vicious shot with the stealth of a sniper and the strength of a viper. Are vipers that strong? I can think of lots of things that are stronger than a viper - not many rhyme with sniper though.

It looks like Bruno Souza has been cut.

Souza rushes Ramirez and presses him up against the cage.
Souza wants to push off and get back to the center of the mat but Ramirez has him pressed against the cage.

Neither fighter is doing enough for the referee's liking and he's decided to stand them back up.

The fighters are pressed up against the cage, both looking to find a bit of space to work.
