Coming up we have a welterweight MMA rules bout between Drizzt Do Urden (ranked 3427 p4p, 424 weight class) and Patrick Bateman (ranked 1914 p4p, 267 weight class). Bateman is bobbing his head along to his entrance song: King of New York, Fun luvin Criminals . This should be a great matchup!

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 4 - 0 - 0, fighting out of London, Patrick Bateman!
The judges for this bout are Alan Glass, Robert Twigg and Gwen Towbar.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Do Urden scores with a hook to the body. Bateman takes a step back and tries to catch his breath.

Excellent takedown into side control there by Bateman.
Bateman tries to score with some ground and pound. Do Urden controls his posture well this time though and the shots don't do any damage.
Do Urden taking punishment in the form of punches.
Bateman misses with a strike but at least he's keeping busy, looking to cause some damage - that will still help him when it comes to the judges scorecards.

Wooooo! Give it up for these two warriors! They are putting on a show!

Bateman is rocked!
Bateman throws a looping left and ducks down for a takedown. He's got his arms around Do Urden's waist but Do Urden gets an underhook and avoids the takedown by throwing Bateman off to one side.
Drizzt Do Urden has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Patrick Bateman.
The crowd thankful this round is nearly over.
Do Urden thuds a left hand into Bateman's body.
Bateman is breathing heavily.
A lazy left from Do Urden finds it's target.
Bateman is still on wobbly legs! Can Do Urden finish him?

Bateman drops back looking for a leg! Do Urden is in trouble here! The fighters roll with the hold and Do Urden manages to kick Bateman off! Bateman jumps back into Do Urden's guard.

Do Urden is working the butterfly guard. He manages to land a nice scissor sweep and is now in half guard on the top. Nice move.
