Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the super heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of 0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of Tokyo, The Crusher!
The judges for this bout are Sosuke Kotani, Yukihiro Shimada and Kenichi Hosakawa.




The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Williams gets off balance looking for a body kick
and Crusher counters with a straight punch to the midsection.
A combination from Crusher does no damage.
A shot to the liver by Crusher. Beautiful body shot.
Williams throws a nice looking combination but Crusher bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.
Williams shoots in looking for a takedown. Crusher tries to sprawl out of it but Williams keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Crusher manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Crusher throws a jab to the body, straight down the pipe. Boom. That sent Williams stumbling backwards but he manages to regain his composure quickly.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.

Crusher throws a combination but comes up with nothing but fresh air.
Williams appears to be looking for a big counter.

Williams throws a body shot but no joy.
Crusher feints a jab promting Williams to slip. Crusher then demonstrates his capabilities by jabbing again. Williams slips again and ducks right into an uppercut.
Williams swings away with a body shot that misses
and Crusher counters with a good right hand that lands right on the jaw.
Crusher lunges in with swinging rights and lefts but Williams circles away quickly and effectively.
Williams avoids the body shot from Crusher.
Crusher throws a combination but it was largely blocked by Williams.
Williams misses with a body kick.

The Crusher seems to be the more aggressive standup fighter in this bout.
Crusher shoots in looking for a takedown. Williams tries to sprawl out of it but Crusher keeps driving through. The fighters are pinned against the cage. Williams manages to get underhooks and after a bit of a struggle, circles away and we're back to standing.
Williams looks to land a combination but Crusher avoids it well.

Williams shoots in looking for a takedown but Crusher manages to keep the fight standing, pushing Williams's face into the canvas for good measure before circling away.

Williams swings and misses with a hook to the body.

Williams throws a body kick but he wasn't in range.
Williams takes a shot right to the bread basket.
Williams tries to bum rush Crusher with a series of wild strikes but Crusher uses good footwork to avoid the assault.
Crusher digs a good body shot into Williams's ribs.
Williams ducks low and lands a nice hook to the body of his opponent.
Crusher looks winded!
Crusher pushes forward with a 1-2 combination that forces Williams back to the cage. Crusher follows up with a solid lead hook to the liver.
Crusher lands with a nice combination. Williams backs away looking to recover.

Williams pushes Crusher up against the cage in a clinch.

Williams pulls guard effortlessly.

That's three minutes gone in the round.
Williams seems keen to control Crusher's posture.
Crusher preventing the sweep.

That's four minutes gone in the round.
My god... these two guys really need to pick up the pace or everyone will leave to go get a beer.
Williams lands a beautiful sweep and he's now moved into his opponent's guard.

Williams throwing elbows and punches but not connecting, as Crusher works some decent striking defense from the bottom.

Williams postures up and lands some nice ground and pound.


It looks like The Crusher has been cut.
Williams lands a nice shot whilst sitting in his opponent's guard.
Crusher keeping moving, preventing Williams from controlling successfully.
And that’s the end of the round – the fighters go back to their corners.

OK. That's time! The bell goes and we're back to the action.



The fight moves into the clinch position.

Williams pulls guard successfully.
Crusher won't allow Williams to sweep him here.
Williams is working hard here to advance position.

Williams could do with losing a few pounds - he looks very soft around the mid section, to put it politely.

Crusher is looking to work some ground and pound but Williams has wrist control.

Williams looking for submissions from the bottom here. Moving his hips around, possibly looking for an armbar.
It looks like the ref is thinking about a standup.
Crusher wanted to stand there but Williams had control of the position.

The referee decides to stand the fighters back up.

Williams looks for a takedown. He's got it. We're now in half guard.
The two fighters exchange a few words. I couldn't hear what they were saying but maybe it's more fun if you make it up yourself. Williams connects with a nice short shot to Crusher's temple.
Williams drops an elbow to the side of Crusher's head.
Williams scores with a couple of good hammerfists.
Crusher wants to get back to his feet.
Williams slips a nice elbow through Crusher's hands, connecting with Crusher's forehead.
Crusher is breathing heavily.

Williams wants to take a breather but Crusher is having none of it.
Nice strikes from Williams there.


Crusher is rocked!
Williams is figuring out what he wants to do next.
Crusher is still in real trouble! Can Williams finish him?
Williams is sitting in half guard. He's postured up and lands a nice elbow. Oh, Crusher is hurt! He's hurt bad - Williams fires away with more strikes and the referee jumps in to save Crusher from any more punishment! Congratulations to Williams! Great finish!
