Coming up we have a heavyweight MMA rules bout between Alex Palmer (ranked 4461 p4p, 372 weight class) and Scott McRay (ranked 5077 p4p, 391 weight class). McRay has chosen Choices as his entrance music. We have two fighters making their debuts here, so let's see who comes out of this one with their first professional victory.

Ladies and gentlemen. This fight is 3 rounds, in the heavyweight division.
Introducing the fighter to my left, fighting out of the red corner.

And introducing the fighter to my right, fighting out of the blue corner.
With a record of
0 - 0 - 0, fighting out of The Island, Scott McRay!
The judges for this bout are Daniel Franklin, Sandra Marshall and Bart Greer.
The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Palmer moves in looking to clinch but McRay pushes him off.
Palmer doesn't manage to clinch there - McRay circles away.
McRay moves into the clinch successfully.
Palmer goes for a takedown attempt but McRay pushes him away and we're back to fighting at a distance.
McRay comes forward and lands a shot to the body, then darts back out of range.
Palmer avoids a punch combination nicely.
We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
McRay uses good footwork to get in and out, landing a nice hook.
McRay lands with a right hand.
McRay tests Palmer's chin there with a solid looking shot.
That's one minute gone in the round.
Palmer gets caught by a big overhand right and goes down! McRay gets on top of him and starts throwing some serious punches until the ref intervenes and stops the fight!
Ladies and gentlemen, after 1:08 of round 1, we have a winner by way of TKO (Strikes). Scott McRay!
