The bell rings for round one and we are underway!
Nice takedown defense from Blacksea. No joy for Salamanca on that attempt.
An attempted straight right counter from Blacksea misses the target.
Blacksea stuffs the takedown attempt from Salamanca. Salamanca gets slowly back to his feet.
Blacksea swung with a counter punch to the body but it didn't connect.
Salamanca goes for a double leg but Blacksea avoids the attempt and the two fighters end up clinched against the cage as Blacksea continues to drive forward.

Quellon Blacksea has stuffed three takedown attempts in the round now. That's going to take a lot out of Hector Salamanca.

The fight stays on the outside here - Salamanca looks like he's thinking about clinching though.

Salamanca misses with a takedown attempt - Blacksea sprawls well and throws a nice strike on the way out which just misses.

We've had a slow start to the round here - hopefully the action picks up.
Salamanca shoots in for a takedown. "I don't think so" says Blacksea as he avoids it easily.
Blacksea throws a nice looking combination but Salamanca bobs and weaves to avoid any damage.

Salamanca shoots in for a takedown but Blacksea shows good takedown defense there and keeps this one on the feet.

Blacksea cracks Salamanca with a big right hand that sends him to the floor! Salamanca looks wobbly but he's sprung back up to his feet straight away… can Blacksea finish him?
Salamanca is rocked!
Salamanca tries to grapple but his opponent circles
and Blacksea counters with a beautiful right hand that knocks Salamanca out cold! What a finish! Blacksea is going crazy, running around the mat, summersaulting off the corner posts and screaming into the cameras. Something tells me he's pretty happy!
